General
These rules apply to all guild members of High Voltage, officers and guild members alike.

Reporting problems
In the event that you should have a problem with any guild member (GM, officer or 'regular' guild member), please report it to any officer who will then take it up with the other officers. Do not start discussing these issues in guild chat as that tends to get very nasty very quickly. If possible, send the officer(s) a few screenshots to back up your claim.

Raid rules, loot rules and dkp
High Voltage is a guild that takes its raids serious - as such we have a set of raiding rules which we expect all guild members to stick to. Exceptions can be permitted at the raid leader's discretion but should not be expected. If the raid leader asks the raid group to stick to them, please do so. Not doing so will result in you being removed from the raid group.

As does every other raiding guild, High Voltage has a set of rules regarding loot distribution and dkp. These rules are posted on the forum - all guild members are expected to have read them and understand them. There will be no discussion during or after raids regarding loot distribution. If you have a suggestion to make on this subject, please contact one of the officers who then will take it up with the rest of the officers.

While raiding we require a few addons to be installed, as well as the use of Ventrilo. Be sure to have all required addons and Ventrilo installed.

Forum & ingame behaviour
All guild members are expected to treat each other with the utmost respect. Discrimination based on sex(ual preference), race, religion, ... or any other form of abuse will not be tolerated, neither ingame or on the forum. High Voltage is a fun and friendly guild - anyone attempting to disrupt this will be dealt with swiftly.

This does not apply to guild members only. If we receive any complaints from other guilds or players about any of our guild members we will take them seriously and you might face the same consequences as if you had mistreated a fellow guild member.

Will not be tolerated

• Guild shopping: any member found to be looking for another guild while still a member of High Voltage will be given 24 hours to remove their application. You will receive a strike no matter what the outcome. If you do not remove your application you will be removed from the guild. You are welcome to re-apply at a later date but you will be treated as any other applicant: trial period, screening, 0 dkp.
• Raiding with other guilds: We might call on you at all times to join a raid if the situation calls for it. If you are saved to another guild's instance and cannot join our own raids, you could be removed from the guild. If you want to raid with another guild or a PuG, check with the officers first to see if it doesn't conflict with the raid schedule.
• Bots, power levelling ... any form of cheating that's deemed illegal by Blizzard will not be tolerated: get caught doing so (either by us or Blizzard) and you might be removed from the guild.
• Selling guild bank items: normally all items from the guild bank will be handled by guild crafters. Nevertheless if you receive an item from the bank, then proceed to sell it on the AH, we will request you pay the guild bank for the average AH value of the item sold and you will lose access to the guild bank for a few weeks.
